PRICING, AVAILABILITY & OUR RULES
We understand that all our customers want flexibility, so we offer both daily and weekly hire options to suit you. There is a one-off booking fee for every hire, of £25. You can also be reassured that our pricing includes full comprehensive insurance for the duration of your hire.

To secure your booking, full payment for your hire period is required. In addition, you will be required to pay a £1000 deposit by credit card. This fee will be refunded on your return, provided the campervan is returned undamaged.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?
OUR RULES:
We love our Crafter Campervans and we hope you do too, but we do have some rules that you need to know about:
- Strictly no smoking.
- You must be aged 25 or over, and under 70 years of age. We may accept bookings from those aged 70 or over, although please talk to us before booking as additional fees can apply.
- You must advise us of any medical conditions and driving convictions.
- Sorry we cannot accept bookings from anybody who has had a driving ban within the last 5 years.
- Before you return our vans to us, ensure they have a full tank of fuel and been cleaned on the inside and out. To help, we provide all essential cleaning equipment FREE of CHARGE with your booking.
- Please make sure you do the washing up of all crockery, utensils and BBQ equipment.
- It's extremely important you clean out the toilet, we do not want to have to empty-out your pee! As it’s a camping toilet it's meant for peeing only. If the toilet is returned unemptied or soiled, you can expect an additional fee of £100.
OUR TERMS OF INSURANCE:
Each customer/driver must meet the following:
- is 25 years of age or over but under 70 years of age.
- has held a full UK driving licence for at least two years and has produced the licence for inspection by the MJ CAMPERVAN team.
- is not engaged in professional gambling, sport or entertainment, hawking or general dealing, street or market trading, or modelling.
- has not been involved in more than one motoring accident or claim within the preceding three years.
- has not been convicted of any motoring offence or has a prosecution pending other than parking or one speeding offence.
- has referred any medical condition requiring Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) notification and authorisation has been granted by the DVLA.
- has not been refused motor insurance at normal rates and terms or has not been declined insurance or had any insurance policy cancelled by an Insurer.
Additional fees:
If any of our rules are not followed, you will be charged the additional fees outlined. These will be taken from your security deposit.’
- Fuel cost if not completely full £50 plus cost of fuel.
- Cleaning of van interior, if not returned clean £50
- Damage to interior fittings and furniture, will be charged at full cost of replacement or repair. This will be priced if required.
- Damaged or missing items from itinerary will be charged at full cost of replacement
- We don't encourage pets although we may accept bookings from those with a small dog. You must ask us in advance at time of your booking request, and include details of your dog's name, type and breed. If we accept your dog, here will be a small additional cleaning fee of £50 this must be paid in advance, before you collect the van. This fee will be used for a deep clean.
